Chicago Economist
Two words that instill fear in some folks, curiosity in others, but mostly respect and admiration close to home and around the globe. Join UChicago economist Allen R. Sanderson as he shares with us the origins of this breed of economic cat and how Chicago became the center of economic thought, the important and familiar figures in the history of the Chicago School of Economics, and the seminal ideas that these scholars spawned and nurtured. Following the lecture, the group will tour the BFI Chicago Economic Experience multimedia exhibit.

11:00 am: Refreshments & Registration

11:30 am: Program and tour of multimedia exhibit that features Nobel Prize medals
