French Cooking Class: Salmon Run
What's not to love about sustainably-raised Atlantic salmon? Delicious, nutritious, and economically priced. Join Madelaine Bullwinkel, AM'68, resident chef of the Alliance Française, and fellow alumni in an interactive cooking class preparing salmon roasted in a red pepper vinaigrette, salmon and fennel quiche, and salmon with spinach and feta wrapped in phyllo. We will finish with a refreshing lemon mousse. We will also review best storage and handling practices for seafood. Be prepared to have fun, eat well, and learn!
