On Board nonprofit board service conference

The On Board conference on nonprofit board service brings together students, alumni, nonprofit executive directors, board presidents, and business leaders to discuss key trends and insights in nonprofit board service. Hosted by the Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, the event will include speakers, panels, and interactive workshops on issues related to nonprofit board service including finding and joining a board, fund-raising and marketing insights, structuring your board, and evolving your board over time.
On Board 2018 highlights include:
- Keynote by Martin Nesbitt, MBA'89, chairman of the Obama Foundation and co-CEO of the Vistria Group
- Office hours with experts on nonprofit accounting issues
- A networking reception with Booth alumni, nonprofit executives, business leaders, and more
- Breakout sessions on topics such as using data to measure impact and learning how to draw public attention to your issue and brand with the founders of Cards Against Humanity
