Join the discussion on The Death and Life of the Great Lakes by Dan Egan.

Dan Egan has written a vivid history of the five lakes that hold 20 per cent of the world's fresh water. He describes the ecological danger they are in, and what we must do. The discussion will be led by Dan.

Our June location will be Room 212 on the second floor of the Oriental Institute, 58th and University. (58th St is one way westbound, University Ave one way northbound). Free parking on Sunday is in the Lexington Lot, which is on University Avenue, directly south of the OI. There is a ramp leading to the back door of the OI and there is an elevator to the second floor.

We will be back at the Sidney residence for the July 22 meeting, when we will discuss Behind the Beautiful Forevers by Katherine Boo discussion will be led by Julie.
