Dream Analysis:

Interpreting and Using Dreams to Heal Emotional, Mental, and Physical Blocks

Have you ever wondered what that 'weird' dream was about? Why someone you love turned into someone you hated or vice verse? Or, why after having a dream (that you probably don't remember) you felt much better? Well, there's a reason for all of that!

If you'd like to learn how to use your dreams to release emotional, mental, and physical blocks, you must first understand the language of your subconscious and unconscious minds. These two levels of our mind communicate to you via symbols, not through words ,and very little of what we see in our dreams is literal. This three part series designed to help participants begin to do two things:

  1. Understand how to decipher their symbolic language
  2. Use dreams to release or soften emotional, mental, and physical blocks

Dr. Jinnie Cristerna, AM '99 will lead the three-part workshop is held on the fourth Tuesday in September (24th), October (22nd), and November (26th) and includes one reference book and dream journal for each participant. It is strongly recommended that participants attend each session to ensure clarity through practice. Seating is limited to 10 participants and runs from 6:00pm-8:00pm.
