SOLD OUT | French Cooking: Mardi Gras in New Orleans!
Celebrate Mardi Gras 2020 with French cooking – New Orleans style! Under the guidance of Madelaine Bullwinkel, AM'68, resident chef of the Alliance Française de Chicago, we will make a traditional menu highlighting the signature dish of New Orleans as an entree, a ham, chicken, and shrimp gumbo. Our menu begins with a shrimp remoulade and finishes with a refreshing lemon curd bread pudding with dried cherries. And don’t forget the café brulot! As always, we will learn, have fun, and laissez les bons temps rouler! (Note: We may go beyond the allotted 3 hours.)
