hs-2018-white-hands_ppHow to NOT Take Things Personally - LIVE SEMINAR!

A Practical Guide for Remaining Objective and Letting Go

It can be hard to maintain objectivity when our insecurities and angst take over—especially if we are unfamiliar with our feelings and how to regulate them. If you find yourself holding grudges, ruminating on how you’ve been wronged, or cutting people out of your life when they have slighted you, this event may be of interest. In this one-hour seminar, psychotherapist and psychological surgeon Jinnie Cristerna, AM’99, will walk you through practical ways to let go and move on. Attendees will learn how to:

  • Begin identifying triggers that hook them into holding on to unhelpful feelings
  • Begin identifying faulty thoughts and behaviors that result in internalizing others’ actions
  • Begin shifting into more responsive and compassionate spaces
